Modas – Alu-Deck Framing System

Modas Aluminium framing system is a deck framing solution designed specifically for supporting both ModWood Composite Decking and Hardwood Decking.

The Modas framing system provides a stable and level substrate for decking and can be installed in low height applications over water-proof membranes making it extremely versatile. Modas is a component-based system that minimises the need for screw fixings, many of the components simply fit together and are locked in place with weather-proof UV resistant clips. For added integrity, various fasteners can be added depending on the application. The Modas system is a ‘floating’ frame solution that does not penetrate the substrate it is sitting on making it perfect for installation over water-proof membranes on balconies, roof-tops and other similar areas.
